emotion towards all the ones who have always welcomed it with enthusiasm.
Montevetrano estate comes from the enthusiasm of a group of friends for sharing and experiencing their wine passion, beyond Bordeaux style wines that were their reference at that time. The uniqueness of Montevetrano lies in the people, the values of friendship and family that have distinguished the winery since its foundation. Silvia Imparato with her friend Riccardo Cotarella created first Montevetrano then the Core line, gaining considerable recognition worldwide, contributing to the birth of many Campania wines and leading many producers to success.
Montevetrano is a deep, elegant wine, with a modern style, made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Aglianico and Merlot. Because of an attentive winemaking process, it is a very distinctive wine, that can age for fifteen to twenty years in bottle. Intense ruby color with a wide olfactory range of dark fruit, balsamic hints and a woody background. Tense, warm and lively flavour, with elegant tannins in an important body; very persistent. A great wine that combines nature and technique with results and sensorial reverberations of sudden and immediate universal pleasantness.
