Mundus Vini awarded a prize to one of Saraja‘s wines: silver medal for Aisittà 2019.
This wine was established in Jerzu, Ogliastra, in an area dedicated to the cultivation of Cannonau. A refined expression of this grape variety, Aisittà is an intense wine with good persistence, striking on the nose for its distinct spicy and fruity notes and on the palate for its deep softness.
Aisittà 2019 has a ruby red colour and an intense bouquet with notes of red fruits and elegant spicy nuances of nutmeg and cloves. The palate is intense and juicy, with silky tannins and good persistence on the palate.
