The 2021 harvest of Calatroni, the second with organic certification, is one of the best in recent years. The harvest began in mid-August and ended on 13 October. Thanks to a favorable climate, vines and clusters have grown and developed in a healthy and luxuriant way. The next few months are dedicated to the work in the cellar that will transform the must into wine. An ever-increasing quality is expected for the production: from the selection in the vineyard to the controlled management of the bases during the vinification process. The goal is to produce high quality, non-standardized and sparkling wines with a strong personality.
