A new winery has entered our portfolio.
It’s official: the Fontezoppa winery is an integral part of our portfolio.
Fontezoppa is a winery in the Marche region that takes its name from an ancient water source that once stood where the winery’s vineyards now stand. The winery is located in Civitanova Alta, a small village situated between the Adriatic Sea and the Monti Azzurri, where tradition and territory come together in a rural setting with truly fascinating features. Here, different grape varieties typical of the area are cultivated and wines with an interesting profile are born, the result of a unique terroir.
The winery has 35 hectares under vine, spread over the areas of Civitanova and Serrapetrona. Various native and international varieties are grown here, both white and red, such as Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Lacrima, Maceratino, Incrocio Bruni, Pecorino and Vernaccia Nera. Between the rows, everything is always carried out with the utmost care, making sure to obtain grapes that are healthy and full of fragrance, ideal therefore to give life to incisive and expressive labels.
Fontezoppa produces wines of great personality and quality, able to fascinate all palates and represent the Marche region in the world.
