Borgoluce’s circularity is a complete and virtuous cycle in which every aspect is part of a rationale of respecting the Earth and minimizing waste, and where every product can be inserted in a subsequent cycle of production.
The Borgoluce winery has always been committed to producing wines with full respect for the surrounding area, with the knowledge that by relating to nature with love, you will simultaneously receive love from it. The energy used is produced by a biomass boiler, the biodigester transforms manure and waste into biogas, from which comes the electrical and thermal energy that heats the stables where the buffaloes rest.
