The Santa Lucia grape harvest began in mid-August and ended on 2 September. Despite the adverse weather events at the beginning of the summer – floods and hailstorms – the grapes are of excellent quality and healthy, with good acidity and aromatic profile. The harvest was also excellent in terms of quantity. In the next few weeks the winery will see the results on the wines, but it is expected to be an exceptional vintage, even for the Millesimato wines and the Riservas.vel of ripeness.
