Cantina Sociale di Trento completed the harvest a few days ago; the white and red grapes have already been delivered to the winery.
The vines demonstrated their remarkable resistance to adversity and, given the climatic conditions, enjoyed low pathogenic potential, arriving at the harvest in an excellent phytosanitary state. That is to say, beautiful and healthy grapes, a guarantee of linear and clean fermentation trends. The favourable climatic progression in September then favoured a polyphenolic accumulation in the red grapes that is of great value and allows high quality expectations.
In Trentino, quantities are partially recovering compared to last year’s discreetly reduced production.
